我曾经这样戏评农化产品经理:“上知上游原材料走向,下晓植保技术,左通产品效果,右晓农户需求,前能策划方案,后能调配制剂配方,进能进行数据分析,退能承担销售工作。与配方研发共进退,和生产齐存亡,陪设计做宣传品,同行业看未来,还有和领导去协调。”也许这是大多数产品经理的心声。以下是笔者在农化行业做产品经理的一些切身体会:
