目的探讨新计生政策背景下,产教结合分段式见习模式在高职助产专业临床教学中的应用与效果。方法选取我校三年制助产专业2014级128人为研究对象,分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用产教结合分段式见习模式,对照组采用传统整体集中式见习模式,通过主观评价和客观评价来比较两组见习效果。结果观察组理论考试和操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),且对见习模式的认同度更高(P<0.05)。结论在助产专业临床教学中采用产教结合分段式见习模式,能让学生早接触临床、多接触临床,提高专业知识掌握程度和岗位胜任能力,促进高职教育产教融合,深化校企合作。
Objective To explore the application and effect of the combination of training with teaching in the clinical teaching of midwife in higher vocational education under the new family planning policy. Methods A total of 128 people in 2014 grade of three-year midwifery specialty in our school were selected as the research object and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group adopted the combination of part-time training with practice-teaching and the control group adopted the traditional centralized training model. Through the subjective evaluation and Objective evaluation to compare two sets of internship effect. Results The scores of theory test and operation skill test in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and the recognition rate of probation pattern was higher (P <0.05). Conclusions In the clinical teaching of midwifery, adopting the combination of teaching and education with the segmented trainee mode, students can get in touch with clinic early and get in touch with clinic more, improve the mastery degree of professional knowledge and job competency, promote the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational education, Cooperation.
