研究了 70 0℃时 Co- 15 Ce合金在 H2 - CO2 、H2 - H2 S及 H2 - H2 S- CO2 三种混合气氛中的腐蚀行为。Co- 15 Ce合金腐蚀后发生了 Ce的内氧化或形成了复杂的腐蚀产物膜 ,而未出现 Ce的选择性氧化或硫化 ,这主要是合金中存在着两相及 Ce在 Co中极低的溶解度所致。 Co- 15 Ce合金在本实验条件下的氧化 -硫化腐蚀速度低于相同温度、压力下的纯硫化。
The corrosion behavior of Co-15 Ce alloy in three mixed atmospheres of H2 - CO2, H2 - H2S and H2 - H2 - CO2 at 70 ℃ was investigated. The internal oxidation of Ce or the formation of a complex corrosion product film occurred after the Co-15 Ce alloy was corroded without the selective oxidation or sulfidization of Ce, which is mainly caused by the existence of two phases in the alloy and extremely low Ce in Co Solubility caused. The oxidation-cure corrosion rate of Co-15 Ce alloy under this experimental condition is lower than pure sulfidation under the same temperature and pressure.
