总有一部分学生对体育课程的学习提不起兴趣,他们的基本运动技能比较缺乏,对于教师的指导、点拨在领会上也比较迟钝。一般意义上来说,我们会将这部分学生视为体育教学中的学困生,这样类型的学生基本在每个班级都会或多或少的存在,如何有效进行学困生的转化,这是体育教师应当思考并且积极解决的一个教学问题。教师首先要了解这部分学生的一些特点,了解他们之所以产生运动障碍,或者是缺乏运动能力的一些深层次原因,这样在进行教学转化
