Objective To explore the noise impact on the health of workers. Methods 500 samples of health check-ups of Meizhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention were collected as the research object, and the basic information and contents of the report of health examination were reviewed. The health examination of 200 workers from non-contact noise Report as a control, comparing the two groups of workers in the ECG, blood pressure, hearing and other aspects of the test results. At the same time, analysis of the length of service and other workers exposed to noise the impact of physical examination results. Results The incidences of abnormal blood pressure, electrocardiogram abnormality and hearing loss were significantly higher in workers exposed to noise than in non-contact noise workers (P <0.05). According to the service life of exposed noise workers grouping, we can see, with the extension of service life, the abnormal rate of blood pressure, abnormal ECG test, abnormal hearing test were significantly increased, and the length of service> 10 years of workers, working in the 5 to 10 There was a statistically significant difference (P <0.05) between workers in each of the two groups for workers <5 years of service. Conclusion Long-term exposure to noise may affect the auditory system and cardiovascular system of workers who work in noisy environments to varying degrees. With the extension of working hours, workers’ injuries continue to worsen, and enterprises need to raise awareness of noise hazards At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the screening of workers who have high sensitivity to noise and high susceptibility to injury and arrange suitable positions, from the enhancement of occupational health education and publicity, the improvement of work environment and the promotion of technological innovation.
