我国重点企业今年将全部建立技术开发中心,以加快企业技术创新体系的建设步伐,加速企业技术进步和产业技术升级。这是日前召开的全国企业技术创新工作会议上透露出的信息。据介绍,截至目前,我国经国家认定的企业技术开发中心已达294家,其中221家属国家520户重点企业,占74%。省级认定的技术开发中心有1000多家。根据国家规定的评价指标体系对231户企业进行评价的结果显示,合格和优秀的占99.5%。
