研究了新型发泡银催化剂对甲醇空气氧化制备甲醛的催化作用 ,考察了催化反应温度、甲醇进料速率、进料体积分数及空气流量对甲醛产率的影响 ,得到了较好的催化反应工艺条件 :反应温度为 6 70℃、甲醇进料速率为 0 8mL·min-1、甲醇进料体积分数为 85 %、空气流量为 10 0 0mL·min-1,在此工艺条件下 ,甲醛的产率可达 85 %以上。对发泡银催化剂的稳定性进行了考察 ,结果表明在 5~ 6 0h内 ,其催化活性无明显变化。
The catalytic effect of the new foaming silver catalyst on the air oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde was investigated. The effects of catalytic temperature, methanol feed rate, feed volume fraction and air flow on the yield of formaldehyde were investigated. The better catalytic reaction process Conditions: The reaction temperature was 6 70 ℃, the feed rate of methanol was 0 8mL · min-1, the volume fraction of methanol feed was 85% and the air flow rate was 10 0mL · min-1. Under this process condition, Rate up to 85%. The stability of the foamed silver catalyst was investigated. The results showed that there was no significant change in the catalytic activity within 5 ~ 60h.
