目的:建立用硫化银离子选择性电极测定中药黄芪中微量硫的方法。方法:利用硫化银离子选择性电极法测定。结果:选择硫离子抗氧化缓冲剂(SAOB)中 NaNO3浓度为 34 mg/L,抗坏血酸浓度为 10 g/L,EDTA浓度为 10 g/L,PH=11.5±0.2为硫的最佳分析条件;采用标准曲线法和 Gran作图法的分析结果基本一致。结论:用硫化银离子选择性电极测定中药黄芪中的微量硫,操作简单、快速、准确,是一种测定中药微量硫的良好方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of trace sulfur in Astragalus membranaceus with silver sulfide ion selective electrode. Methods: The silver sulfide ion selective electrode method was used for the determination. RESULTS: The concentration of NaNO3 was 34 mg/L, the concentration of ascorbic acid was 10 g/L, the concentration of EDTA was 10 g/L, and the pH was 11.5±0.2 was the most suitable for the sulfur ion anti-oxidation buffer (SAOB). The analysis conditions were good; the analysis results using the standard curve method and the Gran mapping method were basically the same. Conclusion: The silver sulfide ion selective electrode was used to determine the trace sulfur in Astragalus membranaceus. The operation is simple, rapid and accurate. It is a good method to determine trace sulfur in traditional Chinese medicine.
