在分析井下现有调节风窗法调节风量存在的两个问题的基础上,提出采用井下风窗风量自动调节控制装置来调节用风点的风量。对该装置的组成及工作原理、低振荡微变风量调节技术进行论述以阐明该装置用于风量调节具有的优点:通过自动微变调节风窗面积大小以实现用风点风量的低振荡微变调节。通过对该装置的风量调节试验研究以及具体应用实例分析研究证实:井下风窗风量自动调节控制装置相比现有其他风窗风量调节技术,具有风量调节误差率小、实现了低振荡调风、风量调节过程无需人力参与自动化程度高的优点;该装置的使用可以最大程度上消除现有调节风窗法调节风量存在的安全隐患。
