长春岭地区下限层储层物性差,原油粘度高且流动性差,针对该地区常规试油产量极低的问题,通过采用向地层注入混合热蒸汽对地层、流体加热,以降低原油粘度、增加储层弹性能量和流体流动性,达到了提高油产量和采收率的明显效果。经过理论研究和现场实践证明,对常规试油只见油花的下限层采用蒸汽吞吐热试油的方法能达到工业油流标准,这对于下限层的开发具有巨大意义,意味着一大批过去不能动用的下限层现在可以进行开发,对油田的增储上产起到很大作用。
