随着当前经济的发展和社会的进步,社会对于专业性、职业性人才的需求扩大、要求也随之提高,职业学校对于职业人才的培养也越来越受到重视和关注。而职业学校的职业教育中最为基本的则是专业的校本教材的研究与制定,职业类院校的校本教材的制定往往并没有过多的参考范本,因而具有了更多的不确定性和随机性,而职业学校的性质要求了其校本教材要随着社会发展变化而不断更新、与时俱进。本文就职业学校的烹饪专业校本教材的开发与研究的现状做了分析,并针对目前存在的问题提出了解决的方法,为日后的实践提供了参考借鉴。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the development and research of school - based cooking textbooks in vocational schools, and puts forward solutions to the existing problems so as to provide reference for future practice.
