短跑是体育竞技比赛中必不可少的比赛项目之一,短跑是对运动员综合素质和体育能力的考验。在短跑过程中,运动员不仅需要具备强大的跑步能力,更重要的是掌握短跑的放松技术,放松技术对短跑运动员的比赛成绩具有关键的影响,其可以增加肌肉收缩的能力,使肌肉运动所需的能量得到迅速的补充。本文笔者主要结合短跑运动员放松技术,论述了如何训练短跑运动员的放松技术,以期为运动员速度和成绩的提高带来积极的影响。

In this paper, the author mainly combines sprint athlete relaxation techniques, discussed how to train sprinter relaxation techniques in order to bring about a positive impact on the athlete’s speed and achievement improvement.
