学校文化是衡量一所学校优秀与否的重要指标,具有举足轻重的地位。而Z型文化对我国中小学学校文化建设具有积极的指导意义。笔者第一部分分析了什么是Z型文化和什么是学校文化,以及二者的相关联性和融合的可能性;第二部分从4个方面阐述了Z型文化对我国中小学学校文化建设的启示:一是审查宗旨、哲学观;二是人本主义思想;三是集体主义思想;四是创新和特色性思维。
School culture is an important measure of a school’s excellence or not, has a decisive position. The Z-type culture of primary and secondary schools in our country culture has a positive guiding significance. The first part of the author analyzes what is Z-type culture and what is school culture, and the possibility of their connection and integration. The second part elaborates the enlightenment of Z-type culture on the school culture construction of primary and secondary schools in our country from four aspects. : First, the purpose of reviewing, philosophy; Second, humanism; Third, collectivism; Fourth, innovation and characteristic thinking.
