在0.5mol/LHClO_4介质中,采用氟离子选择性电极测定了尿结石中的微量氟。校正空白值后,F~-的线性范围为1.00×10~(-2)~4.79×10~(-7)mol/L。本法的相对标准偏差和回收率分别为0.75%(n=5)和101.1%。六例尿结石的氟含量(x±s)为2643±2104μg/g,这表明氟化物对尿结石的形成有促进作用。
In 0.5mol / LHClO_4 medium, fluoride fluoride selective electrode was used to measure trace fluoride in urinary calculus. After correcting the blank value, the linear range of F ~ - is 1.00 × 10 -2 ~ 4.79 × 10 -7 mol / L. The relative standard deviation and recovery of this method were 0.75% (n = 5) and 101.1%, respectively. Six cases of urinary stones fluoride content (x ± s) of 2643 ± 2104μg / g, indicating that fluoride on the formation of urinary stones promote role.
