目的建立蜂蜜中2-乙酰呋喃-3-葡萄糖苷的快速检测方法。方法用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(HPLCPDA)法检测,以Ultimate XB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇∶水=10∶90为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm。结果待测组分在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加标回收率为101.5%~102.3%。结论该方法操作简单、回收率高、结果准确可靠,为评价蜂蜜中掺入大米糖浆提供了可靠检测方法。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of 2-acetyl furan-3-glucoside in honey. The method was characterized by HPLC-DDA with the column of Ultimate XB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) as the mobile phase and the mobile phase of methanol: water = 10:90 with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 280nm. Results The linearity of the tested components in the range of concentration was good, r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 101.5% ~ 102.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, high recovery and accurate and reliable. It provides a reliable method for evaluating the incorporation of rice syrup into honey.
