介绍了炼钢电炉烟气的余热情况及其余热发电的项目实例。项目利用燃气脉冲吹灰、蒸汽蓄能及饱和蒸汽发电技术,解决炼钢电炉烟气余热发电系统中因烟气含尘多和余热波动大而难于回收利用的问题。
An example of the waste heat condition of the flue gas from the EAF and the remaining heat generation are introduced. The project utilizes gas pulse soot blowing, steam storage and saturated steam power generation technology to solve the problem that it is difficult to recycle because of the large dust content and large fluctuation of residual heat in the waste heat recovery power generation system of steelmaking furnace.
