实践教学是培养技能型、应用型人才的关键,营销人员需要具备良好的专业素质和职业技能,在培养学生专业素质的同时,加强营销专业学生职业技能的培养。本文通过对市场营销专业实践教学现状的介绍,指出我国高校实践教学过程中存在的不足,并提出了市场营销专业实践教学改革的思路和建议。
Practice teaching is the key to cultivating skilled and applied talents. Marketers need to have good professional quality and vocational skills. At the same time, students’ professional qualities should be nurtured while vocational skills training for marketing major students should be strengthened. This article points out the shortcomings in the practical teaching of colleges and universities in our country through the introduction of the current situation of the practice teaching in marketing, and puts forward the ideas and suggestions on the practical teaching reform of the marketing major.
