用氩激光治疗各种视网膜血管性疾病所致视盘新生血管10例。治疗前行荧光造影明确视盘新生血管、视网膜毛细血管无灌注区的面积。采用氩激光间接光凝视网膜毛细血管无灌注区或直接光凝视网膜新生血管的方法进行治疗,结果显示光凝后1个月视盘新生血管大部分萎缩,平均7个月视盘新生血管消退,且合并有虹膜新生血管者于光凝后1个月新生血管消退。结论氩激光是治疗视盘新生血管的一种有效可行的方法
Argon laser treatment of retinal vascular disease caused by optic disc neovascularization in 10 cases. Fluorescent angiography before treatment clearly optic disc neovascularization, retinal capillaries without perfusion area. Indirect laser photocoagulation with retinal capillaries without argon perfusion zone or direct photocoagulation of retinal neovascularization method for treatment, the results showed that 1 month after photocoagulation most of the optic disc neovascularization atrophy, an average of 7 months of optic disc neovascularization subsided, and the merger Neovascularization subsided in 1 month after photocoagulation with iris neovascularization. Conclusion Argon laser is an effective and feasible method for the treatment of optic disc neovascularization
