基于微爆发生的判别式,提出了柴油机中不可能再发生微爆的新观点.从多组分油滴的控制方程出发,给出了乳化油滴直径变化与水和油的蒸发速度的关系.由于水的蒸发速度要比油快得多,因此水分将很快就蒸发掉,它也能使大油滴变成小油滴,这才是油掺水强化燃烧的真正原因.应该看到,由于实验条件所限,在文献中前人所做的工作,其油滴尺寸都较大(约d_0≥200μm),在这样大的油滴尺寸条件下,确有微爆发生.我们通过研究发现,油滴直径太小后不可能再发生微爆,在柴油机中的情况就是如此.
Based on the discriminant of microburst, a new viewpoint of unlikely microburst in diesel engine was put forward. Based on the control equations of multi-component oil droplets, the relation between the diameter of emulsified oil droplets and the evaporation rate of water and oil is given. Because water evaporates much more quickly than oil, it evaporates very quickly, and it also turns large drops into small drops that are the real cause of enhanced oil-to-water combustion. It should be noted that due to the limited experimental conditions, the work of predecessors in the literature, the oil droplets are larger size (about d_0 ≥ 200μm), in such a large oil droplet size conditions, indeed microburst. We have found through research that it is impossible for microburst to occur after the droplet diameter is too small, as is the case in diesel engines.
