在跨栏跑教学和训练中,每节课学生最关心的问题是:“这次课跨多高的栏架,跨多远的栏间距离?”的确,跨栏技术的好坏,与适宜的栏高及栏间距离密切相关。学生迫切需要掌握不同栏高及相适应的栏间距离、各步步长的准确数据。如何根据不同的栏高,选择适当的栏间距离,并科学合理地分配各步的步长呢?根据0.618“黄金分割率”(见本刊1999年第4期《“黄金分割率”与跨栏跑技术》一文),结合近年来的教学实践,测定和计算出8个不同的栏高;21个不同栏间距离的跨栏步、起跨点、下跨点及栏间3步各步的距
