钖矿常伴生着铅,有的甚至铅钖共生。锡精矿含铅成为炼锡厂要解决的一个重要问题。我国炼锡厂采用的流程是:粗锡用结晶法除铅,附产焊锡(含~35%Pb),焊锡用氯化物电解液电解得精锡,又附产氯化铅阳极泥,再用反应炉制成氯化亚锡和粗铅,氯化亚锡送电解工段使用。这个流程能使焊锡中的铅分离出来,并综合回收铟、铅等金属。但存在几个问题:流程长、车间庞大劳动条件较差,消耗多、生产费用较高。
