目的:优选转输颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法:研究不同辅料对颗粒成型性、吸湿性及溶化性的影响,运用综合评分的方法筛选出最佳辅料,并采用正交试验设计,以成型率为指标优选出辅料用量、乙醇体积分数及乙醇用量的最佳量化条件。结果:转输颗粒的原辅料(浸膏粉、乳糖、糊精)的最佳配比2∶1∶1,乙醇85%,用量0.12 mL.g-1,颗粒临界相对湿度64%。结论:优选工艺设计合理,颗粒成形性好,易溶化、抗湿性好,可为转输颗粒的工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective: Optimize the best forming process of transferring particles. Methods: The effects of different excipients on the granule formability, hygroscopicity and dissolubility were studied. The best excipients were screened by the method of comprehensive evaluation. The orthogonal design was used to make the excipients, ethanol volume fraction and The best quantification of ethanol consumption. Results: The optimal proportion of the raw materials (extract powder, lactose, dextrin) of transfered particles was 2: 1: 1, ethanol was 85%, the dosage was 0.12 mL.g-1, and the critical relative humidity of particles was 64%. Conclusion: The optimized process design is reasonable, the granule formability is good, easy to dissolve, moisture resistance is good, which can provide the theoretical basis for the industrialized production of transfer particles.
