档案管理工作不仅是人力资源评价和分配的重要依据,对于我国社会发展的研究也具有重要意义,然而随着信息时代的飞速发展,传统的档案管理模式已经不能满足社会发展的需求。我国的档案管理数字化建设已经取得了一些成就,但是相对而言,还处于比较低水平的层次。本文分析了我国档案管理数字化建设的必要性以及当前存在的问题,针对我国档案管理数字化建设提出了一些建设性的改革策略。
File management is not only an important basis for evaluation and distribution of human resources, but also important for the study of social development in our country. However, with the rapid development of the information age, the traditional file management model can no longer meet the needs of social development. The digitization of file management in our country has made some achievements, but relatively speaking, it is still at a relatively low level. This paper analyzes the necessity of digital construction of file management in our country and the existing problems, and puts forward some constructive reform strategies for the digitization of file management in our country.
