在教学实践中发现湘教版教材“根总朝着有水的地方生长吗”实验由于棉条吸水能力强,易使浅口盘积水,造成浅口盘内湿度一致,植物根的向性运动效果不明显。为此,可对该实验进行改进,将浅口盘稍微倾斜,放入餐巾纸,再在下部倒一些水,待餐巾纸吸水后再倒点水,并保持与浅口盘持平。该方法简单易行,学生可以观察到植物根的向性运动的效果。
