针对大庆油田老区已进入高含水和二、三次加密井调整开发阶段,基础井的产液量高、含水高,而二、三次加密调整井产液量低,含水低的特点,大庆石油管理局第五采油厂对单管环状流程“三不”集油工艺进行试验。实验表明:该工艺可充分利用高产液、高含水老井的热力和水力条件,辅助二、三次加密调整井集油,通过加原油流动改进剂,降低集输温度,实现了原油集输过程中的“不加热、不掺水、不热洗”的“三不”集油,节约了基建投资和运行成本,达到了节能降耗的目的。
