赣南小有色公司炼锡厂选矿车间所产铁杂砂由于管理上不严,使分级好的粗细粒度铁砂又掺混。铁杂砂含WO_337.77%、锡2.32%、铜4.1%、硫4~5%。长期堆放,使资金周转和回收率受到影响。为解决长期堆放的铁杂砂,我厂利用生产的选矿设备空闲的时候,进行了几个选别工艺流程方案的比较,并只用了20天就完成了半工业性试验。钨回收率达68.34%,品位为67.84%。
