超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是超高性能水泥基复合类材料,特点为高强、高韧、高耐久性,其应用前景必将非常广泛.通过引入纳米Ca CO3和纳米Si O2,来改善混凝土的性能;采用水化热分析、XRD、MIP和纳米压痕等多种微观分析测试手段对其水化进程及微结构进行了研究.结果表明,双掺纳米材料可进一步提升材料的各项力学性能,纳米Si O2和纳米Ca CO3主要起到了填充增强和晶核的作用,二者共同作用下,使得复合材料结构更为科学,研究成果可为在实践中运用纳米材料改善混凝土性能提供参考.
Ultrahigh performance concrete (UHPC) is an ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material, characterized by high strength, high toughness, high durability, and its application prospect is bound to be very extensive.With the introduction of nano-CaCO3 and nano-Si O2, The hydration process and microstructure were studied by hydrous thermal analysis, XRD, MIP and nano-indentation tests.The results show that the nano-materials can further enhance the mechanical properties , Nano-Si O2 and nano-Ca CO3 mainly play a role of filling enhancement and nucleation. Under the combined action of the two, the composite structure is made more scientific. The research results can provide reference for improving the performance of concrete using nano-materials in practice.
