在新媒体无处不在的今天,视觉符号的修辞作用不断凸显。国外视觉修辞研究已近20年,本研究梳理了视觉修辞的定义、研究问题和研究方法,重点关注视觉论辩研究、视觉修辞格研究、政治形象视觉修辞研究、广告视觉修辞研究、流行文化视觉修辞研究等五大研究焦点,并展望了视觉修辞研究的研究趋势,认为视觉修辞的系统性研究、图像方言研究、多模态研究和伦理研究等将成为视觉修辞研究的研究热点。国外视觉修辞研究的焦点梳理和热点展望,可为国内学界方兴未艾的视觉修辞研究提供国际化参考。
Today, with the ubiquity of new media, the rhetorical function of visual symbols is constantly highlighted. Foreign visual rhetoric has been studied for nearly 20 years. This study sorts out the definition of visual rhetoric, research questions and research methods, with emphasis on visual argument research, visual rhetoric research, political image visual rhetoric research, advertising visual rhetoric research, pop culture visual rhetoric Research and other five major research focus, and looking forward to the research trends of visual rhetoric, that the systematic study of visual rhetoric, image dialect research, multimodal research and ethics will become the research focus of visual rhetoric. The focus of foreign visual rhetoric research and its hot prospects can provide an international reference for the study of visual rhetoric in the ascendant of domestic academic circles.
