第斯多惠说过:“教育的艺术不在于传授知识和本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”在班级管理中,激励教育的恰当运用能够对学生管理产生事半功倍的效果。我认为,作为一名班主任的价值追寻,应是在班集体的建设和管理中尊重学生的生命特质,积极创设各种环境,合理利用各种资源,最大限度地激发学生的内在潜能,使他们获得积极的情感体验,形成自我教育的内部动力机制,从而引领他们走向成功。
“The art of education is not about imparting knowledge and ability, but about motivating, awakening, and inspiring.” In class management, the proper use of motivational education can have a multiplier effect on student management. I think pursuing the value of being a teacher should be based on respecting students ’life qualities in class construction and management, actively creating various kinds of environments, making rational use of various resources, maximizing students’ intrinsic potential so that they Gain a positive emotional experience and form an internal motivation mechanism for self-education so as to lead them to success.
