目的:探讨甘露醇在动脉介入治疗脑肿瘤中的应用价值。材料和方法:SD雄性大鼠100只,在鼠脑尾状核头部,种植C 6大鼠胶质瘤细胞。 MRI检查使用超导磁共振成像系统。化疗药为 VM-26和MTX。结果:VM-26动脉化疗组是否使用甘露醇疗效无显著性差异。MTX动脉化疗组是否使用甘露醇疗效有显著差异。VM-26和MTX的甘露醇动脉化疗组之间,疗效无显著差异。VM-26动脉化疗组疗效明显优于静脉化疗组。结论:甘露醇对脂溶性化疗药物的疗效作用意义不大。在水溶性化疗药物化疗前,有必要应用开放血脑屏障的技术。
Objective: To explore the application value of mannitol in the interventional treatment of brain tumors. Materials and Methods: One hundred male Sprague Dawley rats were used to implant C 6 rat glioma cells in the caudate nucleus of rats. The MRI examination uses a superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system. The chemotherapy drugs were VM-26 and MTX. Results: There was no significant difference in the efficacy of mannitol in the VM-26 arterial chemotherapy group. There was a significant difference in the efficacy of mannitol in the MTX arterial chemotherapy group. There was no significant difference in efficacy between the mannitol arterial chemotherapy arm of VM-26 and MTX. The efficacy of VM-26 arterial chemotherapy was significantly better than that of intravenous chemotherapy. CONCLUSIONS: Mannitol has little effect on the efficacy of liposoluble chemotherapeutic drugs. Before the chemotherapy of water-soluble chemotherapeutics, it is necessary to apply the technique of opening the blood-brain barrier.
