目的:对一起食物中毒进行流行病学调查和实验室检测,为及时采取有效控制措施提供依据。方法:对洞头区某酒店暴发疫情进行现场调查,描述分析病例发病过程及流行病学特征。采集病例样本进行细菌培养,并对阳性样本进行血清分型和毒力基因检测。结果:该起疫情共出现29名患者,临床症状以腹痛、腹泻症状为主。检测结果显示,11份患者肛拭子样本检出副溶血性弧菌。结论:此次食物中毒的疫情由副溶血性弧菌引起。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests on food poisoning together to provide basis for timely and effective control measures. Methods: A field investigation was conducted on the outbreak of a hotel in Dongtou district to describe and analyze the pathogenesis and epidemiological characteristics of cases. Case samples were collected for bacterial culture, and positive samples for serotyping and virulence gene testing. Results: There were 29 patients in this epidemic outbreak. The clinical symptoms were mainly abdominal pain and diarrhea. The test results showed that 11 patients with anal swab samples detected Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusion: The epidemic of food poisoning is caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
