随着国内高铁行业的不断发展,其技术水平及创造能力已经达到世界无法企及的高度,截止2015年,中国高铁通车及运营总里程已经超过8887km,到2020年总里程数会增加至30000km;结合“一带一路”建设,洽谈的国外高铁项目多达20个。国家在大力发展高铁工程建设同时,提出“专用材料国产化”目标,为新型化工材料领域发展提供良好的发展契机。主要结合高铁行业新材料应用实践,从轨道原料、线缆原料以及机车用化学品等方面进行应用综述分析,力求为推动相关领域的实践发展进行有益的尝试。
With the continuous development of the domestic high-speed railway industry, its technological level and creative ability have reached an unmanageable height in the world. By 2015, the total mileage of high-speed rail transit in China has exceeded 8,887 km and the total mileage will increase to 30,000 km by 2020. Combined with “Belt and Road” building, negotiating up to 20 foreign high-speed rail projects. While vigorously developing the high-speed railway construction, the state proposed the goal of “localization of special materials” to provide a good opportunity for the development of new types of chemical materials. In this paper, the application of new materials in high-speed railway industry is mainly combined with the application of rail materials, raw materials of cables and locomotive chemicals. The paper tries to make useful attempts to promote the practical development in related fields.
