脑栓塞在急性脑血管意外中的发病率约占2～20％,最常见为心脏病的并发症。我院1965～1980年收治脑血管意外共1049例,脑血栓402例占38.3％,脑出血312例占29.8％,脑蛛网膜下腔出血212例占20.2％,脑栓塞78例占7.4％,脑血管痉挛45例占4.3％。经统计本组病例中70/78为风湿性心脏病的并发症,
The incidence of cerebral embolism in acute cerebrovascular accidents accounts for about 2 to 20%, the most common complication of heart disease.
