现今炼铁工业的发展提出两方面的要求,一方面,钢的需要量不断增长,迫使越来越多地利用低品位及共生的铁矿石,而后者必须经过选矿处理,往往产得的是细粒精矿。另一方而,对精矿铁品位的要求也不断提高,为了提高高炉利用系数,需要高品位的精矿。目前世界上选矿处理的铁矿石中几乎半数为赤铁矿,因此需要寻求有效地选别品位低,緻密嵌布的赤铁矿的方法。
Nowadays, the development of the ironmaking industry puts forward two requirements. On the one hand, the increasing demand of steel forces the more and more utilization of low grade and symbiotic iron ore, which must be beneficiated and often produced Fine concentrate. On the other hand, the demand for concentrate grade is also increasing. In order to improve the blast furnace utilization factor, high grade concentrate is required. At present, almost half of the iron ore processing beneficiation in the world is hematite.
