本文主要是从组织视角米理解官僚制理论。将官僚制视为一种组织管理形式,运用组织理论分析诸如组织结构、组织效率、组织权威等要素,试图通过改进组织管理方式来解决官僚制存在的问题。这一视角揭示了官僚制理性化、科层化、非人格化的特征以及官僚制组织理性化背后隐含的缺陷,也体现了人们在追求效率价值的过程对官僚制作出的超越的种种努力。
This paper mainly understands bureaucratic theory from the perspective of organization. The bureaucracy is regarded as a form of organization and management. By using organizational theory to analyze elements such as organizational structure, organizational efficiency and organizational authority, the bureaucracy is trying to solve the existing problems of bureaucracy by improving organizational management. This perspective reveals the bureaucratic rationalization, bureaucracy and impersonal characteristics and bureaucratic organizations behind the inherent shortcomings, but also reflects the people in the pursuit of efficiency and value of bureaucratic oversight of the efforts made.
