自发性肿瘤是近交系动物生物学特性的一个重要表现形式,也是采用近交系动物进行肿瘤研究的基本依据。国内外学者在这一研究领域都已进行了大量的工作。尽管已公布的近交系小鼠大约有500种,但采用全同胞兄妹交配的方式培育新的近交系小鼠,仍是肿瘤学家们感兴趣的工作。由于自发性肿瘤受遗传、年龄、性别等条件的限制,所以不同品系小鼠的自发性肿瘤在数量、年龄、性别上差异很大。我们应用我部自己培育的“BG_1”近交系小鼠进行了自发性肿瘤的病理学观察及研究。通过对第50~57代小鼠的追踪观察,并进行病理组织学形态描述与分析,与其它近交系小鼠作了比较,讨论了“BG_1”小鼠自发性肿瘤的特点。
Spontaneous tumor is an important manifestation of biological characteristics of inbred animals, and is also the basic basis for oncology research using inbred animals. Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a great deal of work in this field of research. Although about 500 inbred mice have been published, it is still of interest for oncologists to breed new inbred mice using sibling mating. Because spontaneous tumors by the genetic, age, gender and other conditions, so different strains of mice with spontaneous tumors in the number, age and gender differences. We applied the my own self-breeding “BG_1” inbred mice for pathological observation and study of spontaneous tumors. The traits of 50 ~ 57th generation mice were observed and compared with other inbred mice by histopathological description and analysis, and the characteristics of spontaneous tumors in “BG_1” mice were discussed.
