本文分析了109例经手术、病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤的CT表现。讨论了不同级别星形细胞瘤在形成CT表现的病理基础。Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的低密度主要为实质性肿瘤本身含水分较多（81—82％）以及肿瘤的囊性变。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的低密度主要是肿瘤的坏死。呈混杂密度改变多为病灶内含有不同级别的肿瘤小区、灶性坏死、囊变、陈旧性出血。高密度为钙化和出血。星形细胞瘤的增强显影率与肿瘤的恶性度（级别）有关。
This article analyzes the 109 cases of pathologically confirmed brain astrocytoma CT findings. Discussed the different levels of astrocytoma in the formation of CT pathology basis. Ⅰ, Ⅱ-level low-density mainly for the main tumor itself contains more water (81-82%) and cystic degeneration of the tumor. Ⅲ, Ⅳ grade low density mainly tumor necrosis. Mixed density changes were mostly lesions containing different levels of tumor cells, focal necrosis, cystic degeneration, old bleeding. High density for calcification and bleeding. The rate of enhanced astrocytoma development is related to the degree of malignancy (grade) of the tumor.
