目的探讨营养改善计划对贫困地区中小学生营养知信行(知识、态度与行为)的影响。方法选择驻马店市的2个贫困县确山县和平舆县的4所中小学校作为研究对象,对其实施营养改善计划干预。通过调查问卷观察比较本组研究对象营养改善计划干预前及干预1年后营养知信行的变化。结果中小学生营养改善计划干预后各项知识知晓率、态度改善率与行为控制率均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论营养改善计划干预后中小学生的知信行水平可见明显的提高。
Objective To investigate the impact of nutrition improvement program on nutrition information (knowledge, attitude and behavior) among primary and secondary school students in poor areas. Methods Four primary and secondary schools in two poverty-stricken counties of Zhumshan County and Pingyu County in Zhumadian City were selected as research subjects, and their interventions were implemented to implement nutrition improvement plans. Through the questionnaire to observe and compare the nutrition improvement plan in this group of subjects before intervention and after 1 year of intervention nutrition nutrition change. Results The rate of knowledge awareness, attitude improvement and behavior control were significantly higher than those before intervention after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion The improvement of the level of knowledge and practice of primary and middle school students after the intervention of nutrition improvement program can be seen.
