目的:探讨中药房中药质量管理制度的实施效果。方法:对清市第三人民医院中药房中药管理措施实施前后的调剂合格率、发放准确率以及患者满意度进行比较分析。结果:在实施中药质量管理措施后,中药房的调剂合格率为99.6%,发放准确率为99.9%,患者满意度为98.8%,与实施管理措施之前相比,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药质量管理措施的实施,对中药房调剂合格率及患者满意程度的提高具有显著的意义。
Objective: To explore the implementation of Chinese medicine pharmacy quality management system. Methods: The clearance rate, delivery accuracy rate and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of Chinese medicine management measures in the Third People ’s Hospital of Qing City were compared and analyzed. Results: After the implementation of quality control measures of traditional Chinese medicine, the passing rate of pharmacy was 99.6%, the accuracy rate of delivery was 99.9% and the satisfaction rate of patients was 98.8%, which was significantly different from that before the implementation of management measures (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of quality control measures of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance to improve the passing rate of pharmacy and the satisfaction of patients.
