联合国煤炭洗选加工跨区域研讨会于1993年10月26～31日在山东兖州矿务局召开。参加会议的有各国政府官员、专家、学者共89人,其中包括联合国发展管理部麦举能先生。会议的主题是就煤炭洗选加工技术、经济及环境保护和21世纪的发展战略等问题进行研讨。中国煤炭工业部副部长张宝明到会并发表讲话,下面是讲话全文。
United Nations coal washing process cross-regional seminar on October 26, 1993 to 31 in Shandong Yanzhou Mining Bureau was held. A total of 89 government officials, experts and scholars from various countries attended the conference, including Mr. Michael Maen of the United Nations Development and Management Department. The theme of the conference was to discuss issues such as coal washing and processing technology, economic and environmental protection and development strategy in the 21st century. Vice Minister Zhang Baoming of China’s coal industry attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The following is the full text of the speech.
