介绍了以高铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,辅以硅微粉和少量复合添加剂研制喷涂料的试验过程,研究了水泥、硅微粉、复合添加剂加入量对喷涂料物理性能及施工性能的影响,确定了最佳加入量。经生产应用验证,研制开发的喷涂料具有理化性能优良、材料输送性和润湿性好、粘结性强、反弹率低等特点,能满足热风炉风管和预热室使用环境及要求。
