目的:建立粉末X-射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱法鉴定珍珠粉的分析方法。方法:采用X-射线衍射法对药用珍珠及市售珍珠粉进行分析鉴定,分别获得了其Fourier指纹图谱及特征标记峰,以药用珍珠为标准对各组市售珍珠粉进行相似度计算。结果:通过X-射线衍射法分析,表明除3#和6#外,其余几种市售珍珠粉与标准药用珍珠粉均有不同程度的差别。结论:X-射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱法可简便、快捷、直观的对珍珠粉进行真假鉴别,能以图形与数据实现对珍珠粉的质量控制,X-射线衍射法是一种较好的珍珠粉质量控制及鉴定的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the identification of pearl powder by powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier fingerprint. Methods: The medicinal pearl and commercial pearl powder were analyzed and identified by X-ray diffraction, and their Fourier fingerprint and characteristic peak were obtained respectively. The similarity of pearl powder in each group was calculated with medicinal pearl . Results: The results of X-ray diffraction showed that there were some differences between the commercially available pearl powder and the standard medicinal pearl powder except 3 # and 6 #. Conclusion: The X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint method can be used to identify the quality of pearl powder easily and quickly by using both graphic and data. X-ray diffraction method is a better pearl Powder quality control and identification methods.
