通过加速化学和电化学腐蚀试验比较了长链脂肪酸和杂环化合物等一系列有机缓蚀剂在镍表面形成的配合物的耐蚀性,结果表明硬脂酸形成的膜蚀效果最佳.采用XPS和AES研究了膜层的缓蚀机理.
The corrosion resistance of the complexes formed on the nickel surface by a series of organic corrosion inhibitors such as long-chain fatty acids and heterocyclic compounds was compared by accelerated chemical and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results show that the film corrosion effect of stearic acid is the best. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of the coating was studied by XPS and AES.
