特早熟桃品质好,经济价值高,是近代各国果树育种学家追求的目标之一。但在培育过程中,常常出现杂种种胚不育。因此,都采用幼胚发育完善的品种做母本,与早熟和特早熟品种杂交。本研究是用都有早熟基因的双亲,进行基因重组,再借助种胚组织培养技术,培育出更早熟的品种,并探讨其育种效果。材料与方法试验从1973年开始,采用种胚发育好的品种做母本与早熟桃杂交,早熟种与早熟种杂交两种途径,杂交亲本有“砂子早生”等10
Peach special peach quality is good, high economic value, is one of the goals pursued by fruit breeders in various countries in modern times. However, in breeding process, hybrid embryos often appear sterile. Therefore, the use of well-developed varieties of immature embryos to do the mother, and early maturity and special varieties of early hybrids. In this study, parents with all precocious genes were used for gene recombination. With the assistance of embryo tissue culture techniques, more mature varieties were cultivated and their breeding effects were discussed. Materials and Methods Experiments began in 1973, using good varieties of embryo development as female parent and early maturing peach hybrid, early maturing and early maturing hybrids two ways, hybrid parents have “early sand” 10
