利用分离自中华鳖的嗜水气单胞菌Ah96 10 0 4、Ah970 5 16与温和气单胞菌As970 5 10菌体及其上清制备来活菌细胞苗和化学成份疫苗。肌肉注射中华鳖进行免疫 ,加强免疫 15d后 ,用菌株Ah96 10 0 4腹腔注射进行攻击 ,观察 2 0d。结果表明 ,温和气单胞菌As970 5 10株的菌苗及其胞外分泌物 (ECP)苗组和嗜水气单胞菌Ah96 10 0 4株的外膜成份组对嗜水气单胞菌的攻击的保护率最高 ,分别为 87.5 %和 75 % ,而其它疫苗组的保护率均在 5 0 %以下。
The viable bacterial cell vaccine and the chemical component vaccine were prepared from Aeromonas hydrophila Ah96104, Ah970516 and Aeromonas sobria As970510 isolated from soft-shelled turtle and their supernatants. After intramuscular injection of soft-shelled turtle, 15 days after booster immunization, the mice were challenged by intraperitoneal injection of strain Ah96104 and observed for 20 days. The results showed that the outer membrane components of the vaccine and extracellular secretion (ECP) of Aspergillus aeruginosa strain As9705 and the Ah96104 strain of Aeromonas hydrophila were negative for Aeromonas hydrophila The highest rates of protection were found for the attacks, 87.5% and 75%, respectively, while those for the other vaccines were below 50%.
