“档案工作无小事”。目前,即使是基层医疗卫生机构,档案工作也已经日益成熟化、规范化、电子化。但由于基层医疗卫生机构中专业技术人员的特殊性,这些医疗卫生机构的档案工作人员多以兼职人员为主,且流动性较高,在面临档案交接工作时往往会出现青黄不接的局面,存在不少实际问题。本文旨在从基层医疗卫生机构频繁开展的档案交接工作入手,就其中存在的三种常见的具体问题,即机构撤并、整体入馆与人员变更提出相对应的对策和建议,从而帮助新接触档案交接工作的档案工作人员尽快适应身份的转变,顺利完成档案交接工作。
