专利视角下的中药国际影响力研究

随着经济全球化的发展,“国际化”逐渐成为国家经济发展战略中的关键词,中医药学是中国古代科学的瑰宝,如今也进入了国际化发展的时代。中药复方是中医药学的重要组成部分,而专利保护是中药产品国际化的重要保障。从专利维度探索影响中药国际影响力的因素,以深沪上市的中药上市公司在国内外申请的专利为研究对象,将专利被国外主体引用的次数和后引专利的同族专利数量相结合,构建评价中药国际影响力的专利指标体系,通过建立计数模型来探讨影响中药国际影响力的因素。实证研究发现在中药领域的技术创新方面,增大研发团队规模、吸收多领域的技术、引用科学文献能提升中药的国际影响力;保护有效部位、有效成分、质量控制/检验方法的中药专利国际影响力意义更深远。最后根据实证分析结果提出提升中药国际影响力的几点对策。 With the development of economic globalization, “internationalization” has gradually become the key word in the national economic development strategy.
