耐久跑是既便捷又极富锻炼价值的健身良方,是增强心肺耐力的有效手段。同时也是体育中考、体质健康测试内容之一,多年以来,一直被众多学生家长和学生所关注。在参加耐久跑时,许多学生可能有过这样的经历,由于没有掌握正确的呼吸方法,跑不了几步就会气喘吁吁,再咬牙跑几步,就有点喘不过气来,过早地出现疲劳,还可能出现嗓子疼或咳嗽等不适症状,难以跑完较长的距离,有的甚至会因此惧怕参加耐久跑。这种现象,正是学生在呼吸方法上犯有错误造成的。
