教师干预幼儿冲突行为的研究

在幼儿与同伴相处的过程中,冲突是一种不可避免的现象。对于幼儿而言,与同伴发生冲突也是一种学习如何与他人交往的方式。在冲突解决过程中,幼儿的认知结构会随之改变,从而促进幼儿的社会化发展。要实现这样的教育价值,教师合理的干预就显得尤为重要。幼儿教师需要客观辩证地看待幼儿之间的冲突行为,不能简单的敷衍了事。教师干预到幼儿冲突中的目的在于帮助幼儿解决问题,仅靠幼儿自行解决冲突是行不通的,要通过教师正确、合理的干预。 Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of young children and their peers. For young children, clashing with peers is also a way of learning how to interact with others. In the process of conflict resolution, the cognitive structure of children will change accordingly, so as to promote the socialization of children. To achieve this value of education, teacher intervention is particularly important. Kindergarten teachers need an objective and dialectical view of conflicts between young children, can not simply perfunctory. The purpose of teacher intervention in child conflicts is to help young children to solve problems. Solving the conflicts by themselves alone will not work and the teachers must correctly and reasonably intervene.
