从生态系统视角提出知识供应链定义,分析其组织模式形成内在机理。运用生物发酵过程对比分析知识供应链中群落整体的知识形成;运用神经网络对比分析知识供应链中群落个体之间的知识互动;运用生物基因变异过程对比分析知识供应链中组织内部的知识创新,从而形成从宏观到中观、再到微观的研究思路。该构建机理分析对于后续从宏观、中观、微观应用层面进行知识组织过程研究、产学研结构运作机制研究和组织内知识创新动态研究将起到理论上的指导作用。
From the perspective of ecosystem, we put forward the definition of knowledge supply chain and analyze its organizational mechanism to form the internal mechanism. Using the biological fermentation process to comparatively analyze the knowledge formation of the community as a whole in the knowledge supply chain; using neural network to compare and analyze the knowledge interaction among the community individuals in the knowledge supply chain; comparing and analyzing the knowledge innovation within the organization through the process of biological gene mutation, Thus forming a macroscopic view, then to the micro-research ideas. The analysis of the construction mechanism will play a theoretical guiding role in the follow-up research on knowledge organization process, operation mechanism of production, teaching and research structure and dynamic research of knowledge innovation in the macro, meso and micro application level.
